• Experience: 1–5 years of proven experience in interior, residential, and/or industrial design.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Suite, and MS Office.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects (attach PDF/link).
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) and Dhaka’s construction regulations.
• Soft Skills: Creativity, attention to detail, teamwork, and excellent communication in Bengali and English.

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Architect Designer with expertise in interior, residential, and industrial design to lead projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and aesthetically appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural plans, layouts, and 3D models for interior spaces, residential buildings, and industrial facilities.

• Create detailed drawings using software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, etc.

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, budgets, and functional needs.

• Coordinated with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design feasibility and compliance with local building codes (BNBC).

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design challenges.

• Select materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with project goals and sustainability standards.

• Prepare presentations, mood boards, and project reports for stakeholders.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
