Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ •Assist clients in preparing and submitting applications for Australian universities, colleges, and visa processes.
∎ • Review and verify documents to ensure compliance with Australian immigration and educational requirements.
∎ • Maintain updated knowledge of Australian education and visa policies, including regulations set by the Department of Home Affairs.
∎ • Communicate effectively with universities, colleges, and other stakeholders to follow up on application statuses.
∎ • Provide guidance and support to student regarding their eligibility, documentation, and timelines, support SOP and CV writing.
∎ • Ensure timely updates of application statuses in the CRM system and maintain accurate records.
∎ • Collaborate with counselors and other team members to provide exceptional service to students.
