∎ This position – which would be based out of Dhaka - calls for dynamic and aggressive consultants who would be engaged with our esteemed clients for the purpose of value delivery, initially under the supervision of the project managers. Delivery is the most critical] part of consulting business and our consultants need to ensure that they always meet the value that we have promised to deliver to our clients in every consulting engagement thereby strengthening the relationships with them.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Engage in delivery of consulting projects to our clients as part of a team or individually and be able to deliver the value that have been promised to them
∎ Be a good team player – work collaboratively with all other team members and other stakeholders to make every project delivery a success
∎ Manage clients’ expectations – building and sustaining long term and healthy relationships with the clients, managing the client’s expectations, ensuring that the expectations are met and the same should reflect into continued business with the same client
∎ Manage projects – take responsibility of other related dimensions of the project- like managing the billing, collections, efforts etc which in turn would result in managing the profitability of the projects
∎ Create new opportunities – continuously tap the opportunities for additional consulting engagements in the client organization and coordinate with the leadership team from consulting as and when appropriate to convert those opportunities into businesses
∎ Contribute with own thought process – learn and innovate continuously to enrich the services and offerings of consulting business (under the supervision of senior leaders)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Consulting/ Industry experience/working Experience in relevant organizations of 2-3 years
∎ Good communication skill in English and Bengali – both oral and written
∎ Analytical bent of mind
∎ Detail orientation
∎ Team player
∎ Ready to travel extensively (>80% of time) including traveling abroad
∎ Ability to learn fast
∎ Hands on experience and knowledge on Best in Class improvement philosophies like Lean/ Six Sigma/TPM/TOC – certification on any of the above methodologies would be an added advantage
