Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain broad database of company’s’ sales and sales force requirements and needs
∎ Develop and maintain an automation system including sales operational requirements, trade spend requirements and secondary data requirements
∎ Develop and implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy and security
∎ Develop and implement standardized sales MIS procedures across all business applications
∎ Provide sales team support for OS issues, network problems and software installations, etc
∎ Conduct training on MIS/automation activities to increase frontline sales team expertise
∎ Coordinate with MIS team to ensure that technology, infrastructure and operational requirements are met
∎ Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends
∎ Communicate different sales data analysis with management team regularly
∎ Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity
∎ Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
∎ Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices for company success
∎ Present actionable information and insights to team members and management
∎ Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively
∎ Collaborate with team members and members of other departments
∎ Manage frontline sales team recruitment, training and development
∎ Manage frontline sales team payroll
Additional Requirements:

∎ Candidate should have good sales admin concept of FMCG Industry.
∎ Good Computer literacy is required in MS Office Packages.
