Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Graduation from BBA(IBA) / BSc (AERONAUTICAL, EEE, CSE, Mechanical) will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide support to in-house marketing, legal, finance and contracts teams·
∎ Review and negotiate term sheets and aircraft lease and or purchase agreements·
∎ Prepare and analyze aircraft and/or engine and/or cabin specifications for acquisition, lease transition and / or sale· Provide costs estimates and maintenance reserve analysis for the transitioning of aircraft·
∎ Prepare aircraft technical specifications and remarketing information for aircraft and engines·
∎ Maintain relationships with the manufacturers and lessors· Monitor current and upcoming airworthiness and technical issues·
∎ Represent the company at industry conferences and meetings· Position Requirements:·
∎ Knowledge of narrow and wide body commercial aircraft, engines and related systems and parts·
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ This position requires a candidate that is a self-starter, problem solver and a highly motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
∎ The candidate must be committed to professional excellence and demonstrate a natural attention for detail·
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work within a multi functioning / multi – cultural team·
∎ Ability to produce technical reports to a high standard· Able to travel substantially overseas as needed·
∎ Strong PC skills, proficient knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word), comfort and willingness to learn and use new computer programs/applications
