Job Responsibilities:
∎ Airline Ticketing & reservation, Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Ticket using GDS
∎ Dealing with Customer's package queries and complaints about Ticketing.
∎ Quick respond to Clients' query through phone, email, social media & in-person.
∎ Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations.
∎ Counseling with clients to choose the better destination.
∎ Describing the sight-seeing and itineraries to the clients.
∎ Fluency in Speaking and Writing in English
∎ Skilled on MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & Power Point), Internet Browsing and Fast Typing (Both English & Bengali).
∎ Indoor & Outdoor office assignment work with marketing

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Care, Customer relationship, Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone, Face-to-Face Customer Support, Managing inbound and outbound tourists
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Must have experience of working in a travel agent for ticketing/reservation. Visa & Tour package processing will be expected as additional qualification.
∎ Good command on email correspondence and writing/speaking in English
