Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Looking for individuals to work online Travel Agency (OTA) with a minimum of 2-3 years of Advanced level reservation & ticketing experience on Sabre, Gallileo & Amadeus GDS system.
∎ The candidate must have good communication skill and proven experience in Customer Service.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to customer queries quickly at office or home wherever you are available:
∎ Fare search, Fare quote, make booking, Issuing tickets, re-issue, Cancellation, VOID tickets, process refunds etc.
∎ Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team and others accordingly.
∎ Relationship Maintain with Airlines & GDS personnel.
∎ Provide necessary support to Visa & Package tour Processing Sector
∎ Must have knowledge of Airlines terms and conditions and ADM/ ACM policies.
∎ Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Any duties assigned by the Management
