∎ . Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and result oriented.
∎ . Ability to work under pressure.
∎ . Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ . Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.
∎ . Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ . To Ensure sales growth & revenue generation.
∎ . To lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
∎ . To achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target as per ABP.
∎ . To plan and monitor Sales team's regular activities.
∎ . To build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
∎ . To address client concerns, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ . To identify niche customer & business opportunity and ensure database accordingly.
∎ . Responsible to motivate and train the team by giving proper product knowledge and necessary training.
∎ . Have to submit various reports to Management.
