Responsibilities & Context:
· Ensure proper accounting and records of all business transaction.
· Expose financial operation, reporting, and develop internal system.
· Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
· Maintain and process all voucher through proper Accounting code.
· Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger activities.
· Develop internal control system to minimize the opportunity for cash mishandling to safeguard the company’s assets.
· Prepare and implement effective budget that helped the business growth.
· Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions if required.
· Implement cost-control measures across the organization.
· Any other relevant tasks given by the management from time to time.
