Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ M.Com/Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Finance from any reputed Public/Private University.
∎ CA partly qualified/ACA/FCA (Income Tax Practitioner) will get extra preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
VAT and Tax
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper accounting and records of all business transaction to comply with the income tax & VAT Laws.
∎ Ensure officially adherence of income tax policies where applicable for the Group.
∎ Lead organization tax planning to gain maximum tax & VAT benefits with adherence to compliance of all Laws, Rules & Regulations.
∎ Ensure benefits for the Group by understanding financial laws, VAT, Tax implications, regulatory mechanisms etc.
∎ Maintaining liaison with clients, VAT & Tax Department to deal Tax & VAT related issues.
∎ f) Preparation of statements for annual Tax audit and assist Audit of the Group as a whole.
∎ Dealing audit matter with the audit team regarding Tax & Vat related issues.
∎ Train and guide the concern persons for Tax & Vat related activities.
∎ Any other relevant task given by the management.

∎ Age 45 to 50 years
