• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

• Must have experience In Auto Rice Mills, Flour Mills, Feed Mills, or other agro-based companies.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned region.

• Expand distribution channels and explore new markets to increase regional sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retailers, and resolve any trade-related issues promptly.

• Supervise, guide, and support field sales teams, including Sales Officers and Area Managers.

• Monitor daily sales activities, operational reporting, and market analysis.

• Execute trade promotions and ensure consistent brand visibility across the market.

• Provide regular updates and analytical sales reports to the Head Office.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain the brand image.

• Observe competitor activities and market trends to develop strategic responses.

• Plan and execute field-level initiatives for new product launches and promotional offers.

• Oversee dealer and retailer incentives, outstanding accounts, and supply chain matters.

• Collect customer feedback and contribute to improving product quality and service.

• Analyze causes of under performance and take corrective action if monthly targets are not met.
