Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ MBA On Accounting or Finance (Completed/ Partly Completed CA/ ICMA will get preference)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the overall financial management to achieve the company's short and long-term financial goals.
∎ Must have excellent liaison and network with banks and financial institutions to obtain short and long term finances of the group for new projects.
∎ Prepare feasibility reports and business proposals for submission to banks and financial institutions for new projects of the company.
∎ Engage in the activities related to the Finance Department such as budgeting and forecasting, cost management, cost and profit analysis, etc.
∎ Control and evaluate the organization's fund-raising plans and capital structure.
∎ Strategic planning, Capital expenditure & investment analysis.
∎ Oversee the Accounts Department.
∎ Prepare annual financial statements.
∎ Prepare & submit all income tax return, assessment of all directors' tax on time.
∎ Any other task provided by the Management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting, Bangladesh Accounting Standards, International Auditing Standers, Income Tax & VAT Laws, Companies Act etc.
∎ Self-motivated & have ability to work as a team leader
∎ Have strong communication skills, both in Bengali & English.
∎ Have excellent presentation skill.
∎ Conversant in computer with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel etc

Salary: Negotiable
