Education:
∎ Master of Business Studies (MBS)
∎ Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA is preferred.Professional certification such as CA, CMA, or ACCA is highly desirable.At least 10 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.Extensive knowledge of corporate finance, financial planning, and risk management.Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage teams and work in a collaborative environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee all financial activities of the company, including planning, reporting, and auditing.Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals.Manage budgeting processes and ensure accurate forecasting.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Conduct financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making.Supervise and mentor the finance team, promoting professional development.Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.Manage cash flow, investments, and asset management.Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and the board of directors.
