Job Context:
∎ This is full time job and we are looking for competent personnel to take the challenge and the ownership of the marketing to take the company to take next level of excellence.We offer attractive salary with TA/DA and other admissible facilities including festival bonus and all.
∎ Job Location: Head office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote poultry,Fish& Cattle Feeds and achieve sales target as per business plan.
∎ Collect Sales orders and make ensure the payment confirmation.
∎ Follow up and monitor feed distribution up to the dealers point.
∎ Develop new dealers and maintain good relationship with existing dealers and farmers.
∎ Initiating sales promotions to grasp dealers and thereby increase the sales volume.
∎ Frequently visit of different areas of poultry,Fish and Cattle Dealers and Farmers to promote and generate sales.
∎ Analysis of market share,Volume and plan accordingly to increase market shares.
∎ Cheek and ensure product availability in all depots/dealers.
∎ Engage in any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): sales& Marketing.
∎ 3 to 5 years(S) Prior sales experience.
∎ Sales experience is Mandatory
∎ Applicants must have good understanding of Poultry & Agro-based business.
∎ Good communication& negotiation skills.
∎ Able to take effective and timely initiative.
∎ Should be self –driven, proactive and target oriented.
∎ Hardworking ,Dedicated, Responsible & Presentable.
Salary: Negotiable
