∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ ACA/ACMA/FCMA with Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting

∎ Age 40 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure proper accounting and records of all business transaction.
∎ Expose financial operation, reporting, and develop internal system.
∎ Understand taxation policy and lead organization tax planning to gain maximum tax benefits with adherence to compliance of all Laws, Rules & Regulations.
∎ Maintain and process all voucher through proper Accounting code.
∎ Dealing audit matter with the audit team in a routine manner.
∎ Develop internal control system to minimize the opportunity for cash mishandling to safeguard the company’s assets.
∎ Prepare and implement effective budget that helped the business growth.
∎ Maintain and make companies financial report in a systematic manner.
∎ Provide direction to concerning the following issues:
∎ Financial Reporting, Budgeting and Budgetary control, Statutory and special Auditing etc.
∎ Any other relevant tasks given by the management from time to time.
