∎ Age 28 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Effectively managing a range of large scale and complex admissions functions, ensuring consistency with University policy, agreements and relevant legislation.
∎ Working collaboratively as needed to facilitate the development and coordination of domestic student admission procedures with key internal and external strategic institutions including SATAC, industry and other educational partners.
∎ Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service and business processes.
∎ Providing day to day functional supervision to staff responsible for a range of admission related services.
∎ Independently processing and assessing applications from domestic applicants to ensure that eligible applicants are made offers.
∎ Providing assistance and advice to prospective students including the management of enquiries to ensure a successful admission outcome.
∎ Participating in domestic student recruitment and career events.
∎ Any other responsibilities in line with the level of the position as assigned by the Supervisor and/or the University
