∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
∎ Proficiency in email communication, word processing software, and other office tools.
∎ Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
∎ Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
∎ High attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
∎ Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
∎ Experience: 1 to 3 years Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Answer and manage phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
∎ Handle inquiries from students, parents, and potential clients, providing accurate information and assistance.
∎ Respond to and compose emails, maintaining effective communication with clients, partners, and team members.
∎ Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and scheduling.
∎ Contribute to business growth efforts by supporting marketing campaigns, outreach, and client follow-ups.
∎ Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
∎ Maintain a well-organized work environment and records.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
