Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
∎ Maintain visitor, employee, and department directories and logs.
∎ Keep records of office supply inventory and expenses.
∎ Sound Knowledge about ERP software system
∎ Must be familiar with excel work, outlook emailing etc.
∎ Proficient in drafting in English and good academic result background.
∎ Maintaining in out records of all employees in register book,
∎ Co Ordinate with Factory HR team with attendance work procedures.
∎ Handle Local and International Courier service dealing regularly
∎ Organize the reception area while complying with office procedures, rules, and regulations.
∎ Punctual , sincere, and hard working. All other tasks given by Department HOD and seniors.
