Responsibilities & Context:
  • Receiving & Greeting All Visitors.    

  • Maintaining Visitors & Movement Resister.  

  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence.     

  • Transferring calls as necessary From Master Set.

  • Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.·       

  • Recording, and maintaining Kitchen expenses Coordinating internal and external events. 

  • Update staff daily attendance.  

  • Record attendance for late comes.

  • Execute all orders from the CEO.      

  • Performing Admin and HR related works.      

  • Attend Customer Meeting with CEO at office or outside of office. 

  • Maintaining safety and hygiene standards in the office area.     

  • Update list of interviewed candidates.       

  • Send email and call candidate for interview session.       

  • Makes a call to the candidates’ referrers.
