∎ Bachelor/Honour’s/Degree/equivalent from Commerce background.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At-least 3 to 5 years of experience in finance and accounts dept. is a must.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical and computer skills, especially with accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial analysis and report management.
∎ Fluency in English is required.
∎ Team player, well-mannered, positive attitude.
∎ Ability to lead teams.
∎ Flexible and open to change.
∎ Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure.

∎ Skills:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and prepare all kinds of Vouchers, Cash Books, Bank Books, All Registers, General Ledgers and bank reconciliation etc.
∎ Posting daily transaction in accounting software (Tally Prime).
∎ Petty Cash maintenance and updating.
∎ Preparation of quarterly, half-yearly and yearly financial report as per organizational, donor and local regulation.
∎ Process accounts payable and ensure timely payment to vendors.
∎ Assist the Coordinator in preparing budgets and financial forecasts. Process payroll, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, and disbursements.
∎ Analyse financial data, prepare and present financial reports (e.g., balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) to management.
∎ Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, budget variances report for senior management and stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
∎ Prepare and submit financial report as per regulatory requirement specially NGOAB including FD-6, FD-7, FD-4, and other compliance documents required by the NGO Affairs Bureau, ensuring full adherence to regulatory standards.
∎ Ensure that all regulatory financial regulation is meet and standard compliances are followed.
∎ Prepare monthly budget Vs. Actual expense & Forecast analysis and advice to management accordingly.
∎ Comply with the local law of the country related to NBR specially tax & VAT, especially deduction, deposit and reporting.
∎ Ensure that all expenditure including salary and procurement are made in compliance with policies and procedures.
