Educational Requirements:
∎ Master/MBA in Accounting/Finance. The candidates having CA/ACCA part-2 completed is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibility # 1: Provide budgetary support and ensure financial management
∎ Prepare budget
∎ Manage systems for tracking expenditure and reporting.
∎ Set up priority of financial activities and ensure the financial support to the programs in an effective manner
∎ Keep the record of the updated fund status and will provide analytical report to the management on the fund utilization in time
∎ Ensure to deduct VAT and Income tax/ rent tax as applicable deducted from vendors bill as per current year's finance ordinance
∎ Maintain financial procedures in line with the organizational requirements
∎ Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet and other statements.
∎ Responsibility # 2: Financial report preparation for internal and donor reporting
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual finance reports as per organizational format and policy
∎ Prepare quarterly donor financial report & share with senior Management
∎ Responsibility #3: Procurementand Inventory Resource management
∎ Oversee the overall project procurement including the preparation of the PR and subsequent follow up for procurement and ensure timely receiving of goods.
∎ Analysis the existing project budget before the procurement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5years' experience with an NGO/INGO.
∎ Computer skill in MS word, excel and PowerPoint
∎ Experience in accounting software is preferable
∎ Should be willing to accept challenges and able to handle multiple tasks at a time
∎ Should be able to communicate effectively
∎ Able to summarize the results or observation
Salary:
∎ Tk.449,280/-(Four lac forty nine thousand two hundred and eighty taka only) per annum including house rent, conveyance allowance and other admissible benefits.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 12% retirement fund contribution by PRF will be given as per organizational policy.
