∎ Minimum Graduate accounting.

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Soling Bazar, Garobazar, Ghatail, Tangail.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and recording all transactions like Receive vouchers, payment vouchers, requisition and daily cash/bank transactions by maintaining proper accounting system.
∎ Take approval of all payment vouchers and requisition from Supervision Authority and posting to register.
∎ Maintain Cash Book, Bank book, Subsidiary Ledger of bills receivable and bills payable to keep records of day to day expenditures and closing cash books on daily basis.
∎ Ensure petty cash, cash management and cash disbursement is properly maintained.
∎ Maintaining files - including filing of general ledger, Parties ledger, Vouchers, accounts payable documentation, and other miscellaneous filings
∎ Prepare of all sorts of documents and reports for management .
∎ Official file and document management
∎ Prepare all types of accounting report and submit to top management with in stipulated time.
∎ Time to time report to the Superior.
∎ Maintain Organizational accounts and daily balance
∎ Proper cash management
∎ Check Daily Fund Position and to submit it to the concern person.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
∎ Proven work experience on rush hour.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2- 3 years of experience in Accounts Department.
Salary: Negotiable
