Job Responsibilities:
∎ All Bank related matters.
∎ Management, Staff and Office related Expenses
∎ Staff overtime management
∎ Monitor Transport vendors
∎ Updating all operational Vouchers.
∎ Collection reconciliations
∎ Preparing Weekly & Monthly Financial Reports to be send to the Head Office
∎ Preparing all Paperwork's that need to be sent to Head Office for Billing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Computer knowledge, MS-office is required
∎ Fluent in English both written & oral communication
∎ Audit Experience
∎ Must have good communication & presentation skills
