∎ Skills & Expertise: Accounts, Cost and budget, VAT and tax.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform day-to-day accounting activities and maintain all daily accounting records, company financials, and accounting operations.
∎ Must ensure timely preparation and submission of the actual receipt and payment statement to the superior.
∎ Summarizing current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, salary sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
∎ Maintain accounting software and account-related documents such as the check register, stock register, salary register, fixed assets register, advance register, bank reconciliation, cash book, ledger, etc.
∎ Maintain and file all invoices and other applicable supporting documentation.
∎ Can use accounting software like Tally, ERP-9, Xero, and QuickBooks. Keep up-to-date with all accounting entries in the software.
∎ To maintain petty cash and keep up-to-date records. Maintain debit and credit vouchers.
∎ Preparing, generating, and managing monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly finance and accounts reports.
∎ VAT and tax-related activities with return submission experience.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ We are looking for a young, energetic, target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive person to work as an executive (Accounts) for Beautysiaa Limited. An experienced person will get preference.
