∎ Bachelor degree from finance/accounting background with having 2 years USAID funded project working experience. In addition, at least one similar position working experience is must.

∎ AGRO INDUSTRIAL TRUST (AIT) is a pioneer and leading feed industry in Bangladesh. AIT was founded by board of trustee in the year 1988, with envision to provide quality products and services to enrich the agro sector of Bangladesh. AIT has adopted progressive practices, a dynamic management team, improved marketing techniques and modern processing in production facilities to improve its quality and expand production levels significantly. AIT already has satisfied with native market requirements of Fish, Poultry & Cattle Farming Projects. Now AIT is greatly looking forward to entering the Ready-Feed market to serve and compete with other existing Feed Manufacturers in the region as well as in the world.
∎ AIT is going to implement an innovative business model along with its existing distribution network in collaboration with WorldFish focusing the southern parts of Bangladesh. The project duration will be one year and operation head office at Dhaka, Bangladesh. To accomplish the project task successfully, AIT is looking suitable candidates on following position with relevant experience.
∎ Duration One year (March`21 to February`22)
∎ Report to Head of Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hardly follows USAID rules and regulation in all financial and documentation aspects
∎ Follow the budget burning, receive the time sheet, action plan and monthly & quarterly financial achievement report accordingly
∎ Procure all project related materials following proper procedure and will keep all financial statements, documents and records, time sheet, maintain registers & files and report to PM, company authority and donor
∎ Maintain the records of all project materials, equipment, furniture and other assets for face the audit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer literacy, Financial report writing and professional communication with relevant actors
