∎ M.Com / MBA with Accounting specialization.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Managing Director's investments with banks, and maintain liaise with leasing and financing organizations.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly, yearly financial Statements i.e., Balance sheet, P & L, Cash flow statements etc.
∎ Follow up with accounts receivable (bills with customers), payable etc.
∎ Supervise and monitoring the day-to-day activities of team members.
∎ Verify the payment with bills and analyze the nature of the expense.
∎ Prepare various official letters in English to the Bank for LC and other Banking purpose.
∎ Prepare and Post all kind of vouchers, Journal, Journal adjustment, general ledger.
∎ Ensure different registers related to finance & accounts are maintained up to date.
∎ Prepare all kinds of vouchers and posting to accounting book, ledger maintenance, ensure posting on tally software.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns.
∎ Scrutinize Accounts and Finance related issues considering IAS, IFRS, BFRS, Companies Act 1994, ITO, VAT act and other related rules and regulations.
∎ Maintain all office files and record and keeps update for project office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Females are encouraged to apply.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Package, especially MS Excel and Access.
∎ Must have excellent organization skills and be able to maintain the M.D.'s schedule efficiently.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
