∎ Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
∎ Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
∎ Thorough understanding of accounting principles, practices, and financial analysis.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data analysis and reporting.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
∎ Proven leadership ability with the capacity to motivate and mentor team members.
∎ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
∎ Familiarity with Odoo or similar ERP systems preferred.

∎ Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger and ensure accuracy of journal entries.
∎ Lead the reconciliation of accounts and monitor data accuracy.
∎ Supervise the reconciliation of bank statements, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries.
∎ Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing procedures.
∎ Collaborate with senior management in budget preparation and expense tracking.
∎ Follow up on inventory purchases, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to procurement policies.
∎ Manage inventory purchase payments, coordinating with suppliers and finance department.
∎ Utilize Odoo ERP system to track inventory transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
∎ Prepare comprehensive financial analysis and reports, providing insights to support decision-making processes.
∎ Conduct variance analysis and identify key financial trends to optimize business performance.
∎ Provide guidance and direction to the accounts team, ensuring adherence to departmental goals and objectives.
∎ Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
∎ Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance team skills and competencies.
