∎ Dener Alo Hijra Shonggho, NGO working to improve HIJRAs lives, to ensure basic needs, to ensure human rights & make efficient to the society since 2002 in Rajshahi. Dener Alo Hijra Shonggho Rajshai is looking for a Accounts & Finance Officer for "Promotion of Women`s Leadership to advance gender equality in Bangladesh" program supported by Manusher Jonno Foundation. It is a 4 years program which will be implemented in Rajshahi, Rajshahi Upazila to ensure human rights of hijras (transgender) and hijra children at grassroots level. So, for implementing the whole program currently inviting application from the qualified candidates.
∎ Job Location: Rajshahi, Rajshahi Upazila
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing and maintaining the books of accounts.
∎ Update every transaction into software
∎ Maintain petty cash and verify the bill voucher of petty cash expenses.
∎ Maintain bank transaction and obtain bank statement on due time as per need of financial work.
∎ Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
∎ Update fixed asset register.
∎ Prepare daily/monthly cash flow
∎ Any other task assigned by authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant field at NGO level.
∎ Skilled in procurement, inventory management, VAT/Tax, financial reporting.
∎ Well conversant with accounting software.
∎ Proficient in Computer Operations, MS Office Application including typing preferably in English and Bengali both, E-mail & Internet.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Both male & female are encouraged to apply.
Salary: Tk. 16200 (Monthly)
