Educational Requirements:
∎ Honors/Masters/MBA in Accounting/Finance from a reputed public/private university
∎ Preferably Chartered Account-ACA/FCA

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
∎ Engage in the activities related to the Finance & Accounts Department such as budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, cost and profit analysis, etc.
∎ Closely work with internal and external stakeholders to create values into business.
∎ To ensure banking function, loan processing, mortgage, land deed, etc.
∎ Manage and comply with Govt. reporting requirements and VAT, Tax return filings.
∎ Assist to prepare monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly/Annual performance reports (FS and KPI's) and submit to the BoD.
∎ Identify areas of inefficiency, areas of potential cost reduction and take necessary initiatives to improve.
∎ To develop, implement, and maintain internal control procedures to provide reasonable assurance that the company assets are safeguarded from probable losses.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 7+ years of professional experience.
