Job Context:
∎ English Therapy is a Well-known Language Institute In Bangladesh. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts & Finance Executive.
∎ Location: H # 37, R#06, B#H, Mirpur 02 (Opposite of Sher-e-Bangla cricket stadium gate no 1
Additional Requirements:
∎ Female candidates will be preferred.
∎ Financial Analysis:
∎ Strong analytical skills to assess financial data and provide insights.
∎ Ability to conduct variance analysis and identify trends.
∎ Accounting Software Proficiency:
∎ Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in using spreadsheet tools like Microsoft Excel.
∎ Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of local and international financial regulations and compliance requirements.
∎ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
∎ Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially in financial records and reports.
∎ Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify financial issues, analyze their root causes, and propose solutions.
∎ Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
