Responsibilities & Context:
- দৈনন্দিন হিসাব সংরক্ষণ ও আর্থিক লেনদেন আপডেট করা।
- ভাউচার প্রস্তুত, জার্নাল এন্ট্রি করা এবং ব্যাংক স্টেটমেন্ট মিলানো।
- Accounts Receivable ও Accounts Payable পরিচালনা করা।
- ক্লায়েন্টদের বকেয়া পেমেন্ট অনুসরণ করা এবং সময়মতো সংগ্রহ নিশ্চিত করা।
- মাসিক রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা (Outstanding Payment ও Credit Status সম্পর্কিত)।
- অডিটের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় হিসাব নথি প্রস্তুত করা।
- সেলস ও ম্যানেজমেন্ট টিমের সঙ্গে বিলিং সংক্রান্ত সমন্বয় রাখা।
- কোম্পানির নীতিমালা ও হিসাব মানদণ্ড অনুসারে কাজ সম্পন্ন করা।
- ম্যানেজমেন্টের নির্দেশ অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক কাজ সম্পাদন করা।
