Back office Accounting, Book keeping, Documentation, Effective Communication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be prepared mentally to manage overall accounting, finance, and revenue related matters.
∎ Responsible for bill collect, posting and managing accounts system.
∎ Provide necessary financial data/information to the Management as needed.
∎ Ensure internal Accounting, Auditing & Reporting Standards of the company.
∎ Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms.
∎ Preparing reports for monthly sales, and collection.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the organisation hierarchy.
∎ To prepare vat challan, maintain vat related ledger and relevant documents and also Vat payment by treasury challan.
∎ Review Operational Performance.
