∎ Should have knowledge about accounting tools and techniques.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check daily expenditures, vouchers and daily transactions.
∎ Maintain petty cash disbursement as per approval.
∎ To maintain effective relationships with all management personnel to ensure the smooth operation of all administrative function in the company.
∎ Report to management.
∎ Any kind of activities if required.
∎ Maintain all account books/registers/ledger etc.
∎ Must be expert in Microsoft excel.
∎ Manage balance sheet and profit / loss statement.
∎ Thoroughly check and prepare all the bill and vouchers
∎ Undertake another responsibilities and generate various report as directed by management.
