Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain ledger, cash book, money receipts (MR), and related records.
∎ Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and efficiently.
∎ Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
∎ Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
∎ Maintain petty cash.
∎ Prepare supporting documents for payments.
∎ Communicate with suppliers and clients.
∎ Perform any other accounting-related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
∎ Maintain all types' accounts.
∎ Analyze daily banking transaction and Journal entries.
∎ Maintain Standard administrative work and supervise.
∎ Knowledge on Tally software.
