∎ A minimum of 2 years job experience in Food-related industries is required.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including income, expenses, and transactions related to production, inventory, and sales.
∎ Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare budgets, monitor financial performance, and forecast future financial needs to ensure profitability and cost control.
∎ Cost Management: Analyze production costs, raw material expenses, and overheads to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
∎ Inventory Accounting: Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate valuation and reconciliation of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
∎ Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial standards, and industry-specific requirements. Prepare and submit financial statements, tax returns, and audit reports.
∎ Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations, including payroll, supplier payments, and other expenses.
∎ Payroll Processing: Manage employee payroll, including wages, benefits, and deductions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
∎ Vendor and Supplier Management: Handle accounts payable and receivable, negotiate payment terms, and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
∎ Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, profitability analysis, and other financial assessments to support decision-making and strategic planning.
∎ Internal Controls: Implement and monitor internal controls to prevent fraud, ensure accuracy, and safeguard company assets.
