Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate degree from any reputed educational institution in accounting.
∎ Professional degree like CA,ACCA, ICMA Part qualified is required
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all positing in ERP systems as well as keep approval of vouchers o prepare various monthly analytical reports
∎ Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded properly
∎ To review audit observations of internal & external and recommend the related changes required
∎ To verify & approve various bills & vouchers
∎ Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, general ledger
∎ To prepare salary sheet for the stuff
∎ To prepare yearly budget and financial statement also quarterly, monthly or as per required
∎ Well known about tally software
∎ Typing bang and English well speed
∎ Due collection ability by phone
∎ Factory and office, branch stock maintain daily and monthly.
∎ Maintain day to day accounts/ preparing daily vouchers and posting accordingly in ERP
∎ Prepare accounts related reports and present to supervisor
∎ Maintain daily accounts
∎ Maintain and update the balance of cash book and bank book
∎ Day to day cross check ERP and Physical stock if found problem and solution
∎ Ensure delivery to see challan copy and keep record.
∎ Frequently talk to dealer and supplier to collect order and balance sheet.
∎ Maintain Receipts & Payment Vouchers, Journal Voucher, Cash Book, General Ledger, Bank Book, Bill Register, Debtors & Creditors Ledger, Party Payment Registers, and Employees Register.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ working under pressure
∎ Priority experience (FMCG) company
∎ Ability to convince Different dealer and employee
∎ Well known about ERP software
Salary: Negotiable
