Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Approve customer orders and verify all details.
∎ Use Business Management Softwares for Billings
∎ Communicate with customers regarding their orders and inquiries.
∎ Collect and manage customer feedback related to deliveries.
∎ Send payment reminders and follow up on overdue payments.
∎ Forward invoices to clients and ensure timely payments.
∎ Prepare and manage daily due reports for accounts.
∎ Job Context: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts & CRM Executive. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships and account-related tasks, including order approvals, communication, and payment follow-ups.
