Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
∎ Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and collections.
∎ Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure proper liquidity.
∎ Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
∎ Collaborate with internal departments to address financial inquiries and support decision-making processes.
∎ Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Supervise accounting staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
∎ Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
∎ Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with demonstrated proficiency in financial analysis and reporting in the Healthcare sector.
∎ Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with knowledge of GAAP and relevant regulations.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software.
∎ Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Prior experience in the healthcare industry.
