∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Basic computer knowledge (MS office)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive daily collection and deposit in Bank and update accounts receivable regularly through SAP (ERP Software)
∎ Preparing daily accounts statement and weekly institutional statement
∎ Maintain petty cash, pay advances for official purpose against approval and ensure its adjustment
∎ Prepare summary of all kind of bill & voucher of depot expenses
∎ Maintain record of all fixed assets and stock of stationary expenses
∎ Monitor credit position on regular basis
∎ Perform Accounts Reconciliation Process
