Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accounting
∎ Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries and reconciliations.
∎ Prepare and process invoices, and other financial documents.
∎ Prepare financial statements and reports on a regular basis.
∎ Payroll and Provident Fund Administration:
∎ Process payroll and ensure accurate calculation of salaries, taxes, benefits and provident fund.
∎ Process and maintain the company's Provident Fund calculations, including enrollment, contributions, and withdrawals.
∎ Audit Support
∎ Assist auditors during financial audits along with other team members.
∎ Assist in the implementation of audit recommendations.
∎ Compliance and Taxation:
∎ Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements.
∎ Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other related documents.
∎ Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.
∎ Business Services
∎ Maintain Data Services related processes (e.g. - Published Data Testing (PDT), the process by which the validity and integrity of data published for clients is verified; Managed Data Feed etc)
∎ Perform other duties as assigned
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Fluency in English is a must
∎ Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for accuracy and precision
∎ Demonstrated ethical behavior and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion
Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 - 55000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Range: Tk. 35k - 55k (Based on experience)
