Education:

- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or relevant certification preferred.

Additional Requirements:

- Must have 5 years of job experience in any corporate office in the Accounts Department.
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in an accounting and financial management role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Must have experience supervising and managing all financial accounting activities within the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders including executive leadership, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
