Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain accurate financial records, bookkeeping, and ledger management.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and monthly financial summaries.
Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow regularly.
Monitor budgets and control operational expenses.
Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and expense claims accurately.
Prepare invoices, payment schedules, and vendor account reconciliations.
Monitor financial risks and recommend cost-saving measures where appropriate.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities when required.
