∎ Age 24 to 32 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare daily transactions of cash, bank, mobile banking, payment gateway, debtors, creditors, are documented and recorded in the accounting system.
∎ Prepare and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy
∎ Costing analysis and interpretation of processes.
∎ Safely store and manage cash funds according to company policies
∎ Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including daily, weekly, monthly, and submit them to management.
∎ Ensure deposit of cash and checks in the bank promptly.
∎ Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
∎ Assist in bank-related tasks such as preparing bank drafts and processing withdrawals.
∎ Provide support during external audits by ensuring all relevant documents are available and accurate.
∎ Have knowledge in computerized accounting, QuickBooks, financial planning, cost, banking, tax & VAT, and other related activities.
∎ Update records of all necessary forms.
∎ Perform all finance and accounting activities of the company as assigned by management from time to time.
∎ Stay informed about relevant financial regulations and ensure compliance with local laws.
∎ Assist in other accounting tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
