Accounts and Finance, Commercial/ Export-Import, LC

Group of Companies, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Letter of Credit Advising, Transfer & Back-to-Back documents Preparing.
∎ LC Recap Maintain & Posting According to Accounting Software (ACCPAC).
∎ Preparing Challan, Invoice, Payment Voucher, Receive Voucher.
∎ Regularly carry on tender related jobs with banks.
∎ Accomplish all import related issues with foreign suppliers, our foreign offices, local freight forwarders, courier agencies etc.
∎ Maintain of day-to-day banking functions & Cash disbursement.
∎ Preparing Monthly Bank Reconciliation
∎ Making Payment Cheque printing & Dispatch to party.
∎ Party Balance Reconciliation
∎ Preparing Bank payment & Journal Voucher.
∎ Inventory Maintaining.
∎ Preparing Company Income Statement, Profit & Loss A/C & Balance Sheet.
∎ Checking all kind of Voucher & Prepare for Auditing.
∎ Payment Schedule preparing & Cheque Writing.
∎ Advance Import Payment Transaction.
∎ TDS statement preparation like Contractor, Professional, Rent, Salary, Commission & Brokerage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Positivity.
∎ Excellent communication skill (Bangla & English).
∎ Working for the results by ensuring smooth execution for given task.
∎ Strong Team player.
