Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections, as well as maintaining accurate records of transactions
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and vouchers
- Collaborate with project engineers to forecast financial needs.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for project decision-making
- Assist in audits and financial reviews related to projects
- Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.
- Handle bank transactions and reconciliations.
- Manage tax and VAT accounts in compliance with regulations
- Ensuring compliance and maintaining financial integrity
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
