Job Context:
∎ Royal Weaving & Coating Ind. Ltd. is an industry-leading PVC synthetic Leather Manufacturer. Supplying individuals and companies with premium quality synthetic leather, they need to produce Shoes, Bags, and other Accessories. We also manufacture Vinyl Table Cloths, Bed Sheets, and Floor coverings. Furthermore, we provide coating services on textiles for various garments and military uses.
∎ We are looking for an energetic, hardworking, and self-motivated accountant to join our growing team!
Job Responsibilities:
∎ (Report Preparing)
∎ Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
∎ Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
∎ (Documenting Transactions)
∎ Documents financial transactions by entering account information through TALLY and in books manually.
∎ Secures financial information by completing database backups.
∎ (Bank Activities)
∎ Communicating with the bank for regular updates on payables, interests, expenses and required documents.
∎ Preparing documents for LC's and checking LC drafts.
∎ Maintaining and updating bank-related accounts.
∎ (Teamwork)
∎ Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
∎ Answer accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
∎ (Controls and Compliance)
∎ Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
∎ Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
∎ Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
∎ Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
∎ (Customer Service)
∎ Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must know using TALLY ERP
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
