Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Social Sciences or Statistics or Development relevant field preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and implementing AMEL activities with national and international organization, preferably in the field of community based DRR interventions
∎ Minimum 4 years of experience in managing a humanitarian M&E system & capacity building Experience in refugee or emergency settings an advantage
∎ Strong knowledge of AM&E methodologies both quantitative and qualitative and proven ability to design monitoring tools.
∎ Excellent understanding in project/program design and project cycle management.
∎ Advanced skills in data analysis presentation.
∎
∎ Fluent in English and excellent writing and editing skills.
∎ Positive attitude to working with non-M&E & ability to simplify complex/technical information.
∎ Strong analytical and team building skills.
∎ Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, respond quickly to requests. Self-supporting in computer (Windows, spreadsheets, word-processing).
∎ The position will focus 75% of its efforts on setting up systems and support Cox's Bazar program activities while 25% of the time will be focused on overall program support including capturing lessons learned from the broader Coastal DRR Program. Additionally, this position will be required to support BDRCS in Community Engagement and Accountability (CEA) and M&E.
