∎ • Candidate must have at least 3-5 years working experience in Accounts.
∎ • The applicants should have minimum 02 to 03 years’ experience in Account and Finance department of any feed companies are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Neton Tech BD looking for some energetic, enthusiastic candidates for their HOD Department who have experience in Accounting Management. Candidates who have really good experience in the Technology Industry will get extra privileges.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Selected candidate will be responsible for checking of all bills and vouchers, cash and
∎ bank management etc.
∎ • Update internal systems with financial data.
∎ • ERP Software IT Product Stock Management.
∎ • Monitor and ensure day-to-day Accounts & Financial activities.
∎ • To check inventory in regular basis and posting to ERP software.
∎ • In all case will be responsible of store in addition of account.
∎ • Prepare, examine and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records.
∎ • Prepare all kinds of Accounts/Audit statements & reports that are related with day-to-day business operations.
∎ • Check and verify all kinds of bill voucher of ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.
∎ • Must have sound knowledge about maintaining Petty cash of Head office.
∎ • Day to Day Banking Transaction.
∎ • Must Prepare & maintain Cash receipts & Payment vouchers, Maintain Journal voucher, Cash Book, Bill Register.
