Job Context:
∎ The account manager is the link between the client and the entire agency team. Along with their team the account manager acts as both the salesperson for the agency and as the client`s representative within the agency. We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about the agency and the clients they serve. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the solutions which best fit the individual needs of the client.
∎ To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, lead generation and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating with clients to understand their needs and requirements
∎ Sales generation
∎ Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them.
∎ Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the client's advertisement projects.
∎ Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects.
∎ Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
∎ Monitoring work performance of colleagues and setting sales targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication skills and need to maintain good relationships with colleagues and external contacts. Has hands on attitude, and is analytical and ambitious.
∎ Possesses Brand awareness - a clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix, determination and perseverance
∎ Has an instinctive feeling about future product concepts
∎ A good listener, able to respond to results and consumer research
Salary: Negotiable
