Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Journal, ledger posting.Responsible for daily checking all kinds of bills/Vouchers/Reports. Responsible for daily prepare of Accounting transactions (all kinds of accounts vouchers) like Payment vouchers and receipt vouchers. Monitor & review the accounting transactions, records, and documentation. Check a variety of types of party's running & final bills and all kinds of local bills. Prepare MIS report & analyze the report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly, and submit to management high authority. Prepare Monthly, Factory overhead Budget and item-wise targeted Production. Checking Salary, Overtime, Festival Bonus & allowance. Posting Cash Book, IOU, Ledger, and Other.Responsible For Petty Cash.
